How our statistics work

FootyCabin combines match-level football data — lineups, events and per-player match statistics — into transparent performance statistics and metrics. Nothing is inferred from fixtures that have not been played, missing values are never treated as zeros, and derived metrics such as the Impact Score are only published when the underlying sample is large enough to be meaningful.
